Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Delivery charges if applicable are shown in the basket once a product has been added. We accept payment by most major credit / debit cards and PayPal.

 

Payment Processing

All online payments are handled and processed through PayPal’s secure checkout system. You can choose to pay with either a debit / credit card or with your PayPal account. When it is time to pay you will automatically be re-directed to PayPal’s secure site where you can choose your method of payment and enter your payment details.

 

Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We then ship your parcel with Royal Mail 1st class which should be delivered within 5 working days. We will send you a dispatch email as soon as we ship your parcel. We ask that you double check all your details as you make your way through the order process to help avoid potential delays in receiving your order.

 

International Shipping

We are not currently able to accept international orders through our website. However if you would like us to ship to your country please contact us via our form and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

 

My order has not arrived!

When you place your order it is important to ensure all the details you give us are accurate. Please take your time as you progress through the order process and double check spellings before progressing. If you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact us via our form and we will chase up royal mail. If there are any delays by us for any reason we will inform you as soon as we can.

 

Cancellation

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason (which we sincerely hope you won’t be) you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Please note it is your responsibility to give us notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period via our form, quoting your order reference, surname and contact details for speed of dealing with any queries. The goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, we cannot be held responsible for items in transit back to us. Once we have received the returned goods and we are happy of its condition we will issue you with a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to cover your cost of returning the items to us.

 

Damaged or Faulty goods

Should the goods you ordered arrive in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us as soon as you can or within 28 days to arrange a replacement. We are unable to accept claims of damaged or faulty goods after this time. Please include your order reference number, surname and contact details for speed of dealing with your request.
